4th- Goal Setting. Talked about some steps for working toward a goal. Practiced writing a specific, measurable goal for ourselves.
5th- Positive Self-Concept and Respect for Others. Talked about ways we/all people are different. We have a responsibility to ourselves to stand up for what we believe in and feel good about ourselves. We have a responsibility to others to not "crumple" their self-concept by saying or doing unkind things. Be assertive! Tied in with our previous conversations about peer pressure, reputation, and our constant theme of moving toward our dreams and goals.
