2nd- Life Changes. Reviewed what a life change is. How do they affect you and others? Listed different life changes and talked about the different ways those changes might make different people feel. When a life change (or anything) results in tough feelings, how can we cope? (reviewed the volcano and the importance of dealing with tough feelings). Discussed and practiced thinking positive thoughts, taking deep breaths, and a relaxation technique.
